Hi! I’m Sarah, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, interpersonal challenges, life transitions, and other common life concerns.
I take a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approaches, incorporating behavioral and coping skills-based strategies when helpful, so clients gain practical tools, insight, and support to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mental health concerns. I have worked in a community mental health setting for several years, including in a supervisory role, and have supported a wide range of clients - from children and families to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Throughout my work, I have collaborated closely with families, psychiatrists, and other providers and gained experience working in school, child welfare, and assisted living settings. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective and the ability to approach therapy in a collaborative, client-centered way.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we’ll explore your strengths, navigate challenges, and work toward the outcomes that matter most to you.
