Hi! I'm Sarah, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts. I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, caregiver stress, and other common life concerns.
I take a warm, collaborative, and strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to each person's unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, exposure therapy, and narrative therapy, as well as trauma-informed and motivational approaches, so clients gain practical tools, insight, and support to navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. I have worked in a community mental health setting for years, including in a supervisory role, and have supported a wide range of clients - from children and families to older adults and individuals with disabilities. Throughout my work, I have collaborated closely with families, psychiatrists, and other providers and gained experience working in a school-setting, child-welfare and assisted living settings. These experiences have given me a well-rounded perspective and the ability to approach therapy in a collaborative, client-centered way.
My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we'll explore your strengths, navigate challenges, and work toward the outcomes that matter most to you.
